In both my Counselling and Therapeutic Coaching work, my approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and real-life experience. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all methods — instead, I meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you reconnect with your needs, voice, boundaries, and joy.

I specialise in supporting people who’ve spent much of their lives putting others first, often at the cost of their own wellbeing. My work helps you release the guilt that comes with taking up space and learn to honour yourself with compassion and care.

I hold a First-Class Honours degree in Psychology and Counselling, a Diploma in Higher Education in Counselling, and an Accredited Certificate in Life Coaching. With over a decade of experience supporting adults, young people, and adolescents across a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges, I bring both depth and flexibility to my work.
This work is deeply personal to me. I’ve walked my own path of self-reflection, healing, and growth, learning to reconnect with my voice, body, boundaries, and joy. I know how transformative it can be to feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to live fully and freely.

COUNSELLING
I offer a confidential, compassionate, and non-judgemental space to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface — whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or disconnected from yourself.

As a BACP-registered person-centred, integrative counsellor, I draw on approaches tailored to your unique needs. My work is relational, trauma-informed, and down-to-earth, helping you make sense of patterns, process emotions, and reconnect with your voice, boundaries, and inner clarity.

Together, we work at your pace to gently untangle thoughts, behaviours, and beliefs that no longer serve you. This can bring clarity, healing, and the strength to move forward with greater self-trust and confidence.
THERAPEUTIC COACHING
Therapeutic coaching offers a safe, collaborative space to gain self-awareness, uncover what’s holding you back, and begin creating meaningful change. Together, we explore both the surface challenges and deeper root causes that may keep you stuck in patterns like overgiving, self-doubt, or unclear boundaries.
